Cars, made
cinematic.
The studio
Eight years of chasing light across two cities. Every shoot is planned, every frame is graded by hand, and every booking comes with clear deliverables, signed terms and a license that says exactly how the work can be used.

The original file and the final edit of a 996 widebody in St. Louis. Drag across the photo to compare.

How booking works.
No back-and-forth. Your date is held only once the agreement is accepted and the deposit is paid, so it is yours alone.
Pick a package
Every package lists the time on site, the number of edited photos or reels, the license and the price. Add staging or drone if you need them.
Lock your date
Choose an open time from the live calendar, accept the booking terms and pay the deposit. Only then is your date blocked.
Shoot & delivery
Show up, I handle the rest. The balance is due on shoot day, and your edited work arrives in a private online gallery.

Not sure which?
Start with a favorite.
Most car owners book the Signature Session. Most businesses start with the Feature Photo Session or the Photo + Reel Bundle, both under Business. Need aerials? Add drone coverage to almost any package when you book. Or tell me about the project and I'll recommend the right fit.

About
Devin Reed.
Photographer, filmmaker, artist.
I've spent eight years behind the camera, mostly chasing cars and the light that falls on them. What started as photography has grown into film, 3D work and sculpture, but the goal hasn't changed: make the machine feel the way it feels to the person who loves it.
St. Louis raised, Kansas City based. I shoot across both cities and travel for the right project.

Booking terms
The terms, in
plain English.
You accept these terms when you book. DReed Media keeps the copyright to all images and video; you receive a license to use them as described below.
Booking & deposits
Your deposit is a non-refundable retainer that reserves your date: 50% of the package price for business packages, $100 for personal packages.
The balance, including any add-ons, is due on or before the shoot day.
One free reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice; your deposit moves to the new date. Cancellations forfeit the deposit. If weather makes the shoot unsafe, I reschedule at no cost.
Travel beyond 30 miles of Kansas City, including St. Louis shoots, is billed separately.
Image & video license
Standard (business, included): your own website and organic social media posts.
Personal (included): personal use and social media, with credit to @dreedphoto.
Commercial (+50% of package): standard use plus paid ads, print, signage and marketing materials for one year.
Full buyout (quoted per project): unlimited, perpetual use in any medium, with copyright transfer on request.
Without a Commercial license or Full Buyout, the work may not be resold, sublicensed or transferred to third parties, used in paid advertising or print marketing, or altered with filters. DReed Media may use the work in its portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Vehicle staging waiver
When you add staging, you authorize me to move and position your vehicle for the shoot. You confirm the vehicle is insured and roadworthy, and you sign the vehicle handling waiver before the shoot begins.
On-camera talent release
For process and story videos, anyone who appears on camera signs a talent release that permits their image and voice to be used under the license you purchased.
